Sprinting for Weight Loss by BeFit in 90



I've been thinking about getting into running since my recent visit with my sister, who is a runner.  Sprinting intervals would be great to add to a regular running routine.

Samantha recommends adding cinnamon, for insulin sensitivity and lowering blood glucose level, and turmeric, for it's antioxidant qualities, to your water.  I found this great Alkaline Water Recipe that includes both cinnamon and turmeric as options.
