Kick, Kick, BOOM. Kickboxing Inspired Workout with Dulci Hellings.

I did this workout yesterday and thought it was a lot of fun.  I modified a lot of it, so that there was no jumping and no rolling around on the floor but I still sweated a lot, still got a good workout, and still woke up sore today.

I really love Dulci.  She's so down to earth and bubbly at the same time.  I'm going to try and incorporate more of her workouts into my weeks to change up what I'm doing.  She does all different sorts of full-length workouts.  I tend to gravitate towards kickboxing style workouts because I love them but it's good to do different things to keep your body guessing.
