Yoga Inspired Feel Good Soul Stretches

Time: 11:44
Equipment needed: exercise mat

This is a really nice video to stretch the entire body.  It felt really good to do and would be great as a warm-up, a cool-down, or just a way to stretch out in the morning or after a long day.

The only thing that can be a little bothersome in this video is the pressure on the knees.  I double up on my exercise mats so that it hurts less.

POP Pilates: Crazy Core Workout

Time: 10:56
Equipment needed: Exercise mat

Here's another ab workout that I really enjoyed.  I'm a big fan of working my core.  The only exercise here that I couldn't do was the plow at the end and there are no good modifications for it.  So I just kept doing the leg/hip lifts that work the lower abs.

POP Pilates: Body Slimming Workout

Time: 10:57
Equipment needed: Exercise mat

I loved this ab workout.  It was tough but felt good at the same time.  I think that's why pilates is one of my favorite workout styles.  I just feel good while I'm doing it.  Cassey suggests modifications for those of us who aren't able to do full-form.

POP Pilates: Pick-Me-Up Quickie

Time: 8:43
Equipment needed: Exercise mat

Just like the title says, this is a pick-me-up quickie.  So if you're low on time or just need a full-body pick-me-up, this is a great workout to do.

I felt really good during this workout.  It was a great warm-up video before doing some more targeted pilates videos.

POP Pilates: Bubble Butt Workout

Time: 9:39
Equipment needed: Exercise mat

8 minutes of booty clenching with Cassey.  This workout helps fight gravity.  ;)  I love the feeling of burning butt muscles.  Of all of the muscles in my body, these feel the best to work.  There's not much to say about this video.  I really liked it and the grasshoppers are super hard.  I definitely have room for improvement.

POP Stretching for Flexibility!

Time: 10:00
Equipment needed: Exercise mat

Cassey Ho leads us through a 10 minute pilates-style stretch for the whole body and it feels soooo good.  The only thing I can't currently do in this video is the bridge.  I'll have to work up to that.

You can use this before and after every workout you do or just whenever you need to release some tension.  I'm extremely sore from my workout yesterday and I think I'll do this video again today to help me feel better.

POP Cardio: Quiet Cardio Shhhh! with Coach Nicole & Cassey Ho

Time: 6:53
Equipment needed: None

I would have swore that I already did a review for this workout.  I know I've done this workout in the past but I can't find it on the blog, so I obviously didn't review it then.  So, anyway...

This is a good, low-impact, and short cardio workout to use when you don't want to annoy your neighbors or roommates and when you need to get a quickie in.  It's got lots of simple moves.  If you can add impact, you can jump some of the moves, otherwise keep one foot on the ground at all times.

Total Body Pilates Workout with Ana Caban & Blogilates

Time: 11:16
Equipment needed: Exercise mat

This is a really nice full-body pilates workout but the "glee" factor was just a little too much for me here.  It's reminiscent of sleep-overs in my pre-teen years after we've stayed up waaayyyyy too late.  The sound on it isn't great either which makes their squeals really loud and the rest of it hard to hear.  Other than those slight annoyances, I really liked the workout.

POP Cardio: Fat Burning Cardio Warmup

Time: 6:12
Equipment needed: None

This is a little fun & funky cardio warm-up workout by Cassey Ho.  It's not quite long enough to really be a stand-alone workout but, hey, if you're short on time then shove this into your day to get a tiny bit of a workout and to get your heart rate going and then add something else in later on.

Cassey is a blast.  If you're not having fun and laughing during her workouts, then I personally think there's something wrong with you.  Her shoes in this workout are ridiculous, though.  lol.  <--- see... laughing.

POP Pilates for Beginners: Ab Time!

Time: 13:11
Equipment needed: Exercise mat

Cassey is a joy to workout with.  I'm currently working my way through her beginner's series.  I'm just getting back into a regular workout routine.  I've been struggling with what type of workouts I am able to do because of my foot issues.  To be truly honest, I've been depressed about it since the beginning of the year.  It truly sucks.  I think with pilates, I can avoid adding to the pain I already experience in my foot everyday.

This is a great workout.  Cassey explains various modifications and levels of each exercise.  Anyone can do this workout, it's not just for beginners.  But she does slow down the movements, which makes it tougher because it's nearly impossible to use momentum at the speed she's going.

Cassey is also very personable.  She carries on a conversation with us during each workout.  She asks questions and likes for us to post the answers on her blog or YouTube station.  Her constant talking helps to take my mind off of the work and the workouts seem to go quicker.

She also plays great music during her workouts.  <--- that's where the POP in POP Pilates comes from.
