Latin Zoom Cardio Workout

This is a great latin-style cardio workout by Jenny Ford.  It has a lot of repeated rhythmic dance steps and a little bit of standing ab work.  I really worked up a good sweat with this workout.  I love latin music and latin dance and this is perfect for beginners or someone looking for a fun low-impact workout.  Intermediate or advanced exercisers can find ways to pump up the workout by upping the impact and really working through the range of movements.  This workout was a lot of fun and Jenny is always a pleasure to workout with.
