This, my dears, is perfect for those of us with feet and joint issues.  It's also perfect for those people who live in upstairs apartments who don't want to piss off their neighbors below.  Everything is slow, quiet, and deliberate, which makes us have to work harder to keep everything tight.  Keeping everything tight ups the sweat factor and works the entire body.  So you'll get toning benefits at the same time as getting the cardio benefits.

This barely affected my plantar fasciitis and I loved how low-impact it was.  It's the best low-impact cardio workout I've done so far.  I didn't have to modify anything!  I wish more people made workouts like this one.
